Propellus Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 6 October 2025
- Introduction – These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all use of the Propellus platform and services by any user, including travellers, travel agents, online travel agencies (“OTAs”) and fulfilment partners. The platform is operated by Propellus Pte. Ltd. (“Propellus”, “we”, “us” or “our”), a Singapore-based travel-technology company that enables travel agents and OTAs to offer automated visa-processing services. By accessing or using the Propellus platform you (“user” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms and the policies referenced herein, including our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and separate Cancellation & Refund Policy, which together form a single, binding agreement between you and Propellus Pte. Ltd. You must be at least the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, or have parental consent, to use the platform. Propellus remains a proprietary service of Propellus Pte. Ltd.; any white-label or co-branded implementation is still governed by these Terms. If you do not accept any provision herein, you must not use the platform.
- Definitions –

“User” – any person or entity who accesses or uses the platform.
“Travel Agent” – a travel-services provider (other than an OTA) using Propellus to facilitate visa processing.
“OTA” – an online travel agency integrating or white-labelling Propellus.
“Partner” – any third-party business entity authorised to use the platform for its own customers (normally travel agents or OTAs).
“Fulfilment Partner” – a third-party visa-processing provider engaged through the platform.
“Visa Supplier” – any entity supplying visa-related services, including fulfilment partners and local visa offices.
“Service” – all functionalities provided by Propellus, including visa automation and status tracking.
“Smart Data Locker” – Propellus’s secure digital repository for user data and documents.
“Pricing” – all fees, charges and pricing structures applicable to the services.
“SLA” – service level commitments regarding platform availability and support.
“Personal Data”, “Privacy Policy”, “Cookie Policy”, “Content”, “HoldCo” and “OpCo” – as defined within the relevant sections below. - Pricing – Fees displayed at checkout typically include (a) government or embassy visa fees, (b) supplier or fulfilment-partner fees, (c) payment-processing charges and (d) Propellus’s service fee or margin. Prices are shown in the applicable currency and may change without prior notice. The price in force at the time of payment is binding; subsequent changes do not apply retroactively. Propellus does not charge a subscription for basic access. Government or embassy fees are deemed irrevocably paid once remitted and therefore remain non-refundable in all circumstances, including where the error is attributable to Propellus or its fulfilment partners. Further details are set out in Section 10 and in the Cancellation & Refund Policy, which is hereby incorporated by reference.
- Price Changes and Fluctuations – External factors such as changes to government fees, exchange-rate volatility or payment-processor charges may necessitate price adjustments. Propellus may update prices at any time; users are responsible for confirming the current price before payment. If costs rise after you have pre-paid, Propellus may request the difference or permit cancellation in accordance with the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
- Fulfilment of Orders – Propellus acts as an intermediary technology provider; visa applications are processed by independent fulfilment partners and ultimately decided by governmental authorities. Propellus does not guarantee approval or turnaround time. Liability for third-party acts or omissions is excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. Refund eligibility for fulfilment failures is governed by Section 10 and the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
- Service Level Agreements (Platform Uptime & Support) – Propellus targets 99.5 % monthly uptime and provides 24/7 incident response for critical issues. SLA commitments relate only to platform performance, not visa-processing timelines. Remedies for SLA shortfalls are limited to service credits or proportional fee refunds.
- Industry Standards & References – Propellus aligns its practices with leading travel-tech providers to ensure transparency, data protection and fairness; references are illustrative only and impose no obligations on third parties.
- User Obligations and Acceptable Use – You must provide accurate information, comply with applicable laws, protect your account credentials and use the platform responsibly. Fraudulent, speculative or unlawful use is prohibited. You grant Propellus a licence to use submitted content for the purpose of operating and promoting the service.
- Data Protection & Privacy – Propellus handles Personal Data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and employs industry-standard security. Cross-border data transfers, user rights, retention and breach-notification practices are detailed in the Privacy Policy.
- Payments, Refunds and Cancellations – Payments are processed via third-party gateways; Propellus neither stores full card details nor controls bank charges or exchange-rate differences. Government or embassy fees are irrevocable and remain non-refundable in all circumstances, including where Propellus or its partners are at fault. If Propellus or its fulfilment partner makes an error that directly causes rejection or delay, Propellus will refund 100 % of the Propellus service fee; unrecoverable third-party fees remain non-refundable. Early-stage cancellations within twenty-four (24) hours of payment and before submission to an authority may be eligible for a refund less any payment-gateway costs. Refund methods, deductions, timelines and foreign-exchange variances are described in the Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
- AI and Automation Disclaimer – Propellus utilises AI to assist processing; AI outputs may contain errors. Users must review all data before submission. Propellus’s liability for AI errors is limited to reprocessing or service-fee refunds as outlined in Section 10.
- Termination of Service – Users may terminate at any time; Propellus may suspend or terminate for breach, risk or discontinuation. Certain provisions survive termination, including fee obligations and liability limitations.
- Dispute Resolution – Disputes shall first be negotiated in good faith, then (if unresolved) submitted to binding arbitration under SIAC rules in Singapore, save for small-claims or injunctive relief. Singapore law governs, subject to mandatory consumer rights in your jurisdiction.
- Warranty Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability – The platform is provided “as is”. Propellus disclaims all implied warranties. Indirect, consequential and special damages are excluded. (a) We do not guarantee that your use of our Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” for your use, without any representation, warranties, or conditions of any kind.(b) Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither Propellus nor any party in its supply chain, fulfilment network, or associated partners shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, or any loss of profits, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of goodwill, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.(c) Misconduct, Visa Misuse & Absconding
Without limiting the foregoing, Propellus and its partners shall not be responsible or liable for any penalty, fine, claim, loss, damage, or reputational harm arising from or in connection with a traveller’s misuse of visas, breach of immigration laws, failure to depart, absconding, or other misconduct. All such risks remain solely with the traveller.(d) Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in these Terms shall limit liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any liability which cannot by law be excluded or limited. - Governing Law – These Terms are governed by Singapore law. Singapore courts have exclusive jurisdiction for non-arbitrable matters.
- Amendments to Terms – Propellus may amend these Terms at any time by posting an updated version with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
